Game Recap

Tonight the Fighting Saints took on the Princeton Tigers in a conference game match up. The Saints were led on the mound by senior pitcher, Amanda Kishish throwing the complete game for the Saints and giving up four scattered hits in the seven innings, with three walks and nine strikeouts.
Offensively, the Saints were led by third baseman, Hailey Heckenlaible going 2-3 with two singles, two runs scored, one walk, and one RBI. Junior, right fielder, Sydney Boelter going 2-2 with two singles, two runs scored and two walks. As well as junior, catcher, Emma Lero going 1-1 with a single, two walks, and a sacrifice fly to score a run. Sophomore, Kiley Murschel also added in two RBI’s in her at bats tonight to help the Saints with their second win in a row this week.
The Saints look forward to a day off tomorrow before traveling to North Branch on Thursday for their next game.
