Saints News · Alumni Schmid to bring trophy to town June 23

Our hockey community has a chance to celebrate with St. Francis alumni Haylea Schmid when she brings the Isobel Cup to St. Francis.
Haylea Schmid played hockey for St. Francis High School from 2004-2009, set a few school records for the most goals, most assists, most hat tricks, then went on to play Division I hockey for St. Cloud State.  Last year she played for the newest team in the NWHL the MN Whitecaps. The Whitecaps won the Isobel Cup and Haylea’s chance to bring the cup to her hometown, St. Francis, is coming up on June 23rd.
She would love to have as many hockey families show up as possible to help her celebrate. The back room is reserved at Hidden Haven on June 23rd at 4pm to host this event. The Haven will be setting up a table on the dance floor to display the cup, and the Center Ice Club has agreed to spring for a few appetizers. Please help me communicate this fun event, open to everyone. Tweet, Snap, or post on Instagram, send emails or whatever you’ve got access to to get the word out.
