Battle for the Paddle- New Tradition

Volleyball earns big Section 7 win over Anoka

The Saints volleyball team traveled to Anoka for a key section matchup on Monday and defeated the Tornadoes 25-15, 25-17, 25-27 and 25-23 in game 4 to win the match.  Senior Rachel Ulrich had 13 kills and 6 stuff blocks to lead the Saints.  Anoka had no real answer in trying to block Ulrich.  Senior

Girls Golf selected for $500 Fundraising Check

The Saints Cross Country team competed in the Rockford Invitational on Thursday.  The weather cooperated throughout the afternoon and evening to complete all of the races.  This meet consisted of a combined middle school race of 2500 meters, the traditional boys and girls varsity races of 5K and 4K distances respectively, and a co-ed junior

Fall Strength and Conditioning

On-line registration is now open for Fall Strength and Conditioning; Grades 9-12 at St. Francis High School. This session will run from September 8 to November 13 (not meeting on October 16) and will meet Mondays through Thursdays from 2:45 to 4:30pm.
